Below are the most frequently asked questions for Hoover Elementary School parents.

Who do I call if my child will be absent from school?  
If your child is going to be out of school (illness etc.) please call the “save-a-child” line at 781-979-2180 press option 1. This is the absence line.

I don’t know my Aspen password:  
Every Hoover student received (this year or prior) their Aspen login and password. If you have forgotten yours, on the homepage in Aspen, there is a “I forgot my password” button. Please click on that for assistance.

I don’t know how to update my information:

How do I find my teacher’s page?  

  1. Login to Aspen.  
  2. Go to Page Directory (under Home).  
  3. Here you will find the pages/groups where your child(ren) is a member.  
  4. Click “add” under each page and then click “close”. When you click the category on the left side you will see the pages. If there is a page you do not want to see or your child is no longer a member of, click “remove”.
