Typically each year there are vacancies on the Site Council that have to be filled. These vacancies may be for teachers, parents, and/or community representatives. Our election procedures are below:
 

Parents - In September, a form is distributed to parents that summarizes the duties of the Site Council and provides a space for interested parties to complete and return to the school. Once all names of potential volunteers are collected, a parent ballot is sent out to parents for voting.

Staff - In September, an email is sent to staff members summarizing the duties of the Site Council and providing a space for interested parties to complete and return to the school. Once all names of potential volunteers are collected, a staff ballot is sent out to faculty for voting.

Community Members – If a community representative is needed, it is indicated on the website. Any community member who is interested in serving on the Council contacts the principal.
