Principal Clery's BLOG Principal's Message Dear Families, Welcome to the Roosevelt Elementary School. Here at the Roosevelt, we take pride in partnering with families, as children will receive the best education when parents work as a team along with our teaching staff. Enthusiasm, support, encouragement and involvement from home all inspire children to work their hardest. This allows our teachers to bring students to meet their fullest potential possible. Working together, everyone achieves more! There is much to look forward to this year! There are some wonderful new additions to our teaching staff. Recently, there have been great enhancements to our technology, and curriculum development. All this ensures that we continue to provide your child with the academic rigor to form a solid foundation for college and career readiness. I look forward to sharing this excitement with you as we enter the 2011-2012 school year! In closing, I encourage you to fully embrace your child's school experience. Please take the time from your busy schedule to become familiar with our school, as well as with our teaching professionals. Creating a homework-friendly environment at home, will allow your child to excel in the classroom, while fostering good academic habits and maturity.
