Melrose School Committee Agenda/Minutes (Current Calendar Year)

Full School Committee meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month in the Aldermanic Chambers at Melrose City Hall. Meetings are televised on MMTV Channel 16.

Subcommittee meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Aldermanic Chambers at Melrose City Hall. Meetings are televised on MMTV Channel 16.

All School Committee meetings are posted to the Central Office Calendar.

Votes taken during the first meeting of the month, the Subcommittee meeting, are provisional and will be confirmed with a second vote taken during the second meeting of the month, the Full Committee meeting. Public comment is welcome at anytime, and can be especially helpful before the second votes are taken. Exceptions to this statement are for votes such as field trip requests, which are approved with a single vote at either meeting.
