Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School is honored to have five or more United States Veterans speak in the classrooms on Friday, November 7, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Some of the speakers include: Jim O'Brien, U.S. Navy Medic, who served two tours in Iraq; John Quinn, U.S. Army Guard, who served one tour in Afghanistan and one tour in Iraq; Robert McVoy, U.S. Marine, who served one tour in Iraq; Bob Driscoll, U.S. Air Force, who served one tour in Iraq; and John Dunne, U.S. Marine, who served in Vietnam.  For more information, contact Bob Driscoll, Chairman of the Melrose Veterans Advisory Board, at wmsc1@comcast.net.
