Melrose Veterans Memorial
Middle School students in Mr. Bueno’s
eighth grade Design and Engineering class have designed, built, and donated
simple wooden stepstools to the kindergarten students at the Horace Mann Elementary School
in Melrose. The eighth grade students seemed to take
great pride in their design and engineering projects knowing that the finished
results will soon be in the hands on younger children. The simple stepstools can be used in the
classroom to reach an item, at home to reach the sink, as a cupboard, and/or even
just as a place to put their favorite toy. The MVMMS Design and Engineering students will be delivering their
finished stepstool projects to the kindergarteners on Friday, February 3,
2012. The middle school students hope
that the youngsters will enjoy their projects that have been carefully made and
personalized. A special thank you to the
Design and Engineering students! For
