The annual sixth grade "Line Dance Off" competition between the Team 6A, Team 6B, and Team 6C will be held in the gymnasium on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  Each team will perform three distinct line dances that they have learned in their physical education classes.  Each team will be judged based on rhythm, synchronization, and enthusiam.  The first place team will earn 100 points, the second place team will earn 75 points, and the third place team will earn 50 points toward the 2009 Guidance Trophy.  Get ready for an exciting event.  Be the best dance you can be!  For more information contact Ms. Reardon, physical education teacher, at mareardon@melrose.mec.edu.
