The annual Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School 5th-to-6th Grade Step-Up Day will be held on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.  Melrose elementary school students from the Hoover School, Horace Mann School, Lincoln School, Roosevelt School, and the Winthrop School will be meeting for the first time at Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School.  Fifth grade students from other schools that plan on attending Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School in September 2009 are also invited to attend.  The incoming students, the Class of 2016, will see and hear information about their new school.  The students will also be given a guided tour of the middle school.  For more information, contact Principal Brow at tbrow@melrose.mec.edu.
