Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School sixth grade chorus students will be traveling to the North Shore Music Theatre in Beverly to see "42nd Street" on Thursday, November 6, 2008.  A summary of the show is as follows:

"Set in 1933, "42^nd Street" captures the spirit of anyone who has ever pursued a dream.  This Tony® Award winning musical tells the fairytale story of an aspiring chorus girl and her journey to find love and success on the Great White Way.  "42nd Street" will transport you back to the glamour, spectacle and fashion of the 1930's.  Escape with us to "42nd Street."
