Your email/telephone number (I will not post either without specific instructions to do so in the description)
Date & Time (use end time if applicable)
Announcement or Event Name
Description or message (Please word it as you want it to appear)
Location on website - Committee Page, PTO Page etc (The main page and Special Announcements have limited space but I can create a hyperlink to another page or a document)
How long on website(Please note - If it is an event, I try to remove it after the day after the event has past.)
