Schedule for 2008 - 2009

The Birthday Book Coordinator will be available on the last Friday of each month, with the exceptions noted below. 

October 24 (due to Halloween)
November 21 (due to Thanksgiving)
December 19
January 30
February 27
March 27
May 1^st (due to April vacation)
May 29

What if your birthday falls in one of the summer months, September or June?

You can participate in any month listed above.

1.  Send in cash or a check (payable to the Lincoln School PTO) for $8, $12 or $20 in an envelope.

2.  Note on the envelope the child's name/child's teacher/child's date of birth (including year). 

3.  Include your name and email address or phone number if you would like confirmation from the birthday book coordinator.

4.  The book will be stamped with your child's name and birthday.

5.  Your child will be the first person to check the book out following the standard check out policy.
