Special Programs are offered, starting at 12:30PM, for students on Early Release Days.

Full Program Discount Registration Form (PDF) Fill out one form for each child and and return with check payable to Horace Mann Elementary School by October 18, 2011 to qualify for the full program discount.

Note: Lunch is served on early release days. 

Please fill out the registration forms (see below) for each individual show your child(ren) is attending. Send in your check and registration 7 days in advance of the date to allow for appropriate staffing for the event.

Single Early Release Day: $20 per child          

Family Rate: $15 per child
