Committee Meeting Information
When: Thursday, April 7th (Kathy's House)
Agenda: Krissy and I will provide a general update on the event, day of tasks and general communications.
Could we also have updates on the following items:
Jeannie and Maria - goodie bags
Nancy - summary of raffle and sponsors to date
Jackie - website, deadlines for signage and program booklet
Katie - count of golfer and dinner ticket sales to date
Any other updates anyone wants to share?
There are a few other areas I need assistance with should anyone want to help out. Centerpieces, packaging of the raffle and auction items and documenting and tracking the winners the night of.
Please let me know if you are able to attend this meeting. ŬIf you are unable to make it, if you could provide me with an update I will share with the team.
