There are two ways to register this year

1. By mail:

Please mail your Registration Form (PDF) and checks (payable to Horace Mann PTO) to:

OR

2. Online with PayPal:

- Please choose from the options below; Be sure to click the "Add to Cart" button beneath each drop-down menu;

- If you would like to add more than one item; choose the first one and click the "Add to Cart" button which should take you to the PayPal site; then choose "Continue Shopping" from within the PayPal screen which will bring you back to this page;

- Choose your next item and click the "Add to Cart" button beneath that drop-down menu; the PayPal cart should contain the previously selected item plus the one just added; "Continue Shopping" and "Checkout" when ready (Note: the PayPal account is registered under the Horace Mann PTO with the email address: katie.mccarron@hotmail.com)

- We will contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your registration.
