In Melrose, we are making efforts to increase parental and teacher awareness
of the specific characteristics and needs of gifted and talented students.
On May 8th from 7-8 p.m. at the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School,
come listen to Aimee Yermish speak on, "Understanding the Myths and
Realities of Gifted Students." Aimee is currently serving on the Department
of Elementary and Secondary Education's Gifted and Talented Advisory
Council. Admission is FREE.

Commit for a year, impact for a lifetime!
- 1 ? hours a week, 6:30pm 8:00pm, Monday or Tuesday evening
- 1 initial training, 6 weekly group meetings, monthly meetings thereafter
- 1 year commitment required
- New session to begin November 2007
